Architecture and interior design delivered for a new modern wine bar and restaurant situated within a 140-year-old building that formerly housed one of New Orleans most iconic 19th century restaurants.

Designed and built a ground-up contemporary inn that internally connects to a building dating to the 1800s, which houses a restaurant, also designed by Studio West, which serves as the inn’s reception area.

Situated in a classic New Orleans shotgun double, the owners of Saint Germain curate a reservation-only ten-course tasting menu experience spread across three unique dining spaces – the bar lounge, the dining room, and the garden patio.

Transformed a historic property, previously home to Antoine Peychaud, the inventor of New Orleans’ most famous bitters, and the writer Tennessee Williams, into a beloved indoor-outdoor bar in the French Quarter.
