Historic / Reuse

At Studio West, historic reuse is not just a design approach or expertise, but an act of stewardship and an integral value of our practice across our diverse portfolio. Our sensitivity to existing structures and architectural traditions guides our approach. Combining preservation practices with modern construction techniques, we create spaces that uphold their cultural integrity while being built to endure.
