Comprehensive planning project at the site of a historic New Orleans restaurant, resulting in the delivery of five distinct spaces: a ground-up inn, new 250 seat restaurant, night club, rooftop bar and restaurant, and offices.

A historic corner store pharmacy transformed into Studio West’s New Orleans headquarters. The design called for preserving interior bead board walls, tin-coated steel ceilings, and tile flooring, while also introducing contemporary elements like oak and maple millwork throughout the interior.

Designed as an immersive concert experience club celebrating vintage music and nostalgia from rock music’s golden decades. The club design features state-of-the-art audio and visuals, lighting design, and a sleek interior with eclectic and playful designed spaces.

Remodeled with a custom millwork and a vibrant palette of bold colors, this retail space was reconfigured as a modern bodega and corner store located at the ground floor of a mixed-use building.

Working with a world-class local film-studio, this multi-phase project involved the construction of a new 60,000 square foot facility containing four sound stages. The project was fast-paced designed and constructed in 17 months.

An office remodel for a renowned New Orleans advertising agency in a post-pandemic world. With team members based across the country, the design strategy focused on providing space for all-office events, and also creating an engaging in-person experience for the Louisiana team.

Continuing an existing relationship with Second Line Stages, the design team transformation of an existing historic 100,000 square foot warehouse into a sound stage and mill shop, and the renovation of the first-floor of an existing building into offices.

The Ernest N. Morial Convention Center of New Orleans
entrusted Studio West with key restroom renovations to bring
their outdated restrooms to modern standards complementing
their ongoing capital upgrades.

Gulf Coast Housing Partnership selected Studio West to design, procure and install furnishings and artwork for their multi-family apartment complex on Oretha Castle Haley Boulevard in New Orleans. The project’s location holds significant meaning as H3C derives its mission from the corridor’s longstanding principles of culture, commerce, and community.

Second Line Stages asked Studio West to help convert two former masonry construction cotton press warehouses, dating to 1887 at the corner of Richard and St. Thomas Streets in the Lower Garden District, into flexible offices.
