Spain Street

Built at the turn of the 20th century, this Italianate gem was sensitively restored and reconfigured into a contemporary private residence. The historic facade and interior detailing were preserved, which contrast with elements of contemporary design throughout the interior.

This historic renovation reconstituted a church, originally built in 1893, as a vibrant, multi-functional home that operates as both a private residence and a public venue for community events.

Renovation of a traditional family home into a modern dwelling, while also creating a series of outdoor rooms that surround the perimeter to create a refined yet fluid relationship between indoor-outdoor living.

A historic renovation of an apartment that celebrates the space’s original features, including its 1920s American Standard Rose Du Barry pink bathroom, while also maximizing the apartment’s limited storage space with detailed, custom built millwork.
